I have been going back and forth with customer service for 3 weeks with no resolution. There are much better spas out there and customer service is better than aleko. I ordered a 12 awning cover for my 12 awning. Aleko is known for the excellent customer service and the high quality products.

Before ordering i had asked if i should order a 13 cover. Contact aleko products customer service. Customer service is non existent. When i did get the aleko retractable awning installed the motor did not work.

Recently i replaced our 12 long awning with 20 aleko awning.
